Although Poznań-Ławica Airport rarely hosts unique machines, since the appearance of US Army troops in Poland, at the Poznań airport, more frequently appears special airplanes. Today, the airport was visited by two Antonov An-124 Ruslan, one of which I could photograph.
Antonovs An-124-100M, which are smaller versions of the largest aircraft in the world, which is the An-225 Mrija appear from time to time at various airports in Poland, but despite that their visits are always very popular. The airport in Poznan in recent years was avoided by these machines, so the visit of two Ruslans in one day meant that all spotters and aviation fans in Poznan wanted to see them.
Machines brought American military equipment and left the airport after several hours of unloading. Unfortunately, the sunny weather in Poznan on the one hand gave a great light, but on the other hand, it made it easier to forget about photos from a greater distance, because the undulating hot air effectively spoiled all the frames. Nevertheless, thanks to the courtesy of the spokesperson for Poznań-Ławica Airport, I managed to shoot some interesting photos.
Below the gallery and one unique photo, which is a panorama (thanks to this, the basic photo has a resolution of 21300 x 6200 – on the site, of course, is lighter and smaller version).
