On a frosty Saturday morning at the Ławica Airport in Poznań there was an unusual guest – the Boeing 777-200ER Omni Air International. Exceptional, because the Boeing 777 is not a frequent visitor at our airport, and because Wlkp_spotters organized a spotters day, so it was possible to photograph this plane very well.
Unfortunately, the change in arrivals made only a handful of people able to capture his landing, but the rest had to confine themselves to static images, which, in very nice weather, were extremely interesting. The only problem was the low temperature because -9 ° C on the airport plate feels more than in the city.
This particular Boeing 777-200ER is one of three machines of this type used by Omni Air International since 2011. The lines were established in 1993 and as charter lines they mainly deal with the transport of specialized cargo. The fleet has a total of 13 machines (10 Boeing 767-200ER and 767-300ER and 3 Boeing 777-200ER).
